The end is near! We’re talking, of course, about the Zagoran contest sponsored by Super 7. The Bay Area toy haven has teamed up with Gargamel for a chance to show off some painting talent. Paint, fill, or otherwise alter your Zag and send it in by Wednesday June 4th so it can be displayed from Saturday June 7th to the 28th. Kiyoka Ikeda of Gargamel will be on hand this Saturday to choose one winner. And what’s the incentive for doing all this hard work? You will have your work transformed into a production release figure! Imagine having your design picked to be immortalized on its own production run for Gargamel. Not a bad prize.

Gawk at the amazing customs and meet some design legends this Saturday the 7th at Super 7 as they celebrate 7 years of business. In addition to the Zag museum, there will be stand up arcade games (for free) including Tron, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Ms. Pac-Man, Joust, and Centipede. High score winners from the night will get prizes that I’m sure won’t disappoint. For more details check out the Super 7 blog. I hope to see you there. I’ll be on hand to dish out severe Joust beatings.
