vinyl

What is a TOBOR? It is a cyborg mercenary designed to eradicate the evil Zurblobz. It’s vinyl. It glows in the dark. Each TOBOR is sculpted, hand painted, numbered and signed by Joe Spada. When you purchase one, you also get a free mini-comic written and illustrated by Joe Spada. For more about Joe Spada, check out his Myspace page and Virb page.

So how much is this hand-painted vinyl toy? I was shocked when I saw the price: $5.00. No, I’m serious. There are two versions of TOBOR available at BCBCB Toys. The NYCC Edition is limited to 320 pieces, and it’s $5.00.The Scare-glow TOBOR is limited to 50 pieces, and the one is also $5.00.

Thanks to Spanky Stokes for the heads-up on this cool toy!

I'm a nerd who loves music, movies, graphic novels, and of course toys. I grew up in Los Angeles, and I currently live in the non-plastic part of Orange County. I'm a sucker for anything that is little and cute: plushies, Dunnys, Smorkin' Labbits, zipper pulls. My collection is dominated by Kozik and Uglydolls, and my latest obsession is IWG/Rocket World.
