Beyond Toys, vinyl

London Calling! And they have toys on the line. On October 12th, the department superstore Selfridges on Oxford Street in London opened their Designer Toy Lounge. According to the England based art/toy culture magazine Clutter, the store will be on the lower level of the department store, right next to the Holiday section! To start, they are carrying brands such as Momiki, Kid Robot, Ugly Dolls, Mimobots, Blik Wall Graphics and STRANGEco with everything adding up to about three hundred delicious toyish item to choose from. The store is clean, crisp and modern, totally letting the toys do the talking. So if you’re in London and you need your toy fix, just pop into Selfridges and while you’re at it you can pick out a new wardobe and perhaps a towel set or two.
