Tara McPherson is one of my favorite artists, and she will have her own booth at San Diego Comic-Con. Here is her signing schedule at Comic-Con.

In her monthly update, she also dropped this interesting tidbit:

I just got sent pictures of the sculpts for my Mini Figure set with KidRobot and they look amazing!! I think the tentative release date is April 2009.

I am extremely excited about this piece of news. I didn’t know she was working on a mini-figure set. She is also working on her second art book which is tentatively scheduled for late Spring 2009. She does a lot of posters for bands and here is her latest one for The Melvins. It will be available on August 14th.
