Infectious ups the ante once again with the addition of woman-about-town and [heavily blogged lately] Tara McPherson to their hot-rod roster. She’s got two designs: Space Adventure and Love Blows. Designer toy fans familiar with Tara’s work are bound to recognize Ace and Ion. I got the figure set from Kidrobot as a gift for someone a couple years ago and wish I’d gotten one for myself too. Some designs age wonderfully and can easily translate from toy to tattoo to Trans-Am, and this is one. You can get the Ace and Ion Icon (as part of the Space Adventure set) for $34.99.
