Beyond Toys, events, kaiju

This week, the kids of Super7 are invading Japan. As part of their takeover of Tokyo, they’ll doing an art show and toy release party at the store, ThrashOut. ThrashOut, for those not in the know, is the Gargamel Flagship store that is a must for any toy collector when overseas visiting our friends in the east. At the Super7 slash ThrashOut show there will be custom painted vinyl pieces, original art and also some top-secret toy surprises, and who doesn’t love a good toy surprise? But if you couldn’t escape from the day to day grind to jet off and tour Tokyo with the Super 7 crew (and yes, you WERE invited – check out my write up about it here), you still have the chance to get all of the releases in very limited quantities that they’ll be stuffing in the suitcases to bring back to their San Francisco headquarters. When does all the fun go down? On Saturday September 27th at 6pm.
