Sleepy Chilly Ice-Bat @ Ugly Booth

designers, plush, vinyl

I won’t be in San Diego until Friday morning, so I’ll have to be satisfied with internet updates about Comic-Con. (This is a bit frustrating.) On the Uglyblog, David Horvath posted some pictures for those of us who haven’t made it to the Con yet.

This year’s special Uglydoll is Sleepy Chilly Ice Bat. I had to cheer when I saw this. Besides Target, Ice-Bat is the first Uglydoll I ever owned. Booth #3344 will have 400 of them. There will be approximately 7 drawings for these at the Giant Robot booth (#1729).

You’ll also be able to see a preview of the Ugly Action Figure. Don’t call them urban vinyl; these are cute, squishy action figures. Only colors seen in plush will be made into action figures. The estimated price is under $8. I think these are cuter than the Ugly vinyl and definitely more affordable. See more pictures after the jump.

I'm a nerd who loves music, movies, graphic novels, and of course toys. I grew up in Los Angeles, and I currently live in the non-plastic part of Orange County. I'm a sucker for anything that is little and cute: plushies, Dunnys, Smorkin' Labbits, zipper pulls. My collection is dominated by Kozik and Uglydolls, and my latest obsession is IWG/Rocket World.

I know I’m going to get the whole set since they’re not ridiculously expensive. They must be had.
