action figures

Geoff from Shocker Toys dropped me a line to say that pre-orders are open for their The Maxx figure, as well as the whole Indie Spotlight series. Pricing for the crouching 3-inch mini Maxx SDCC exclusive is a little better than previously reported. This is apparently the last case of mini Maxx figures and you can get one for $30 (includes shipping) here. For $24 you can get the 8-inch mega Maxx figure that comes with three Isz. You can also order the entire Indie Spotlight series + variant figures for $135 which includes a special mail-in figure of Mr. Gone, or order the other figures in the Indie Spotlight separately for $18 (each comes with an extra Isz). Still waiting to see a pic of that Mr. Gone figure…

    Looks kinda janky…

What I really want to see is the Mr. Gone…

I had hoped the mini Maxx was cooler (or less janky). I planned on picking up mine at the SDCC, but after seeing how tiny they were decided not to. I really wanted the SCUD action figure, but those sold out quickly at the show.

There was no SCUD figures at SDCC???

  5. Savage Says:

Perhaps you’re right Mike, but I there was a SCUD on display at SDCC.

if it was on display how did it sell out? They had a SCUD statue at NYCC that sold out fast. As for the mini Maxx being (Janky) since when has Sam’s work not been (Janky). I think it looks cute and menacing at the same time.
