Beyond Toys, events

There are a lot of mysteries about the world, society and life itself. In September, at the Shooting Gallery and the White Walls Gallery in San Francisco, Shepard Fairey explores the complexity of life, society and war in his solo exhibition Duality of Humanity. There will be a stunning amount of painting, over one hundred of them, to droll over, disect and discuss. The show will include mixed media pieces created on paper utilizing collage, Fairey designed patterns plus newspaper clippings sending a powerful message about the world we live in mixed with visions of hope and “a new optimism, a direct result of his involvement with, and inspiration by, the powerful political ideals of Barack Obama.” Get inspired youself on September 13th.
