LASK Kaiju at SDCC

designers, events, vinyl

The LA Skull Krew (AKA LASK) is prepping their first toy release, H the Hydrogen Monster. This cool looking Kaiju brings old skool Japanese monsterism to LA. H is coming in two different colorways and both glow in the dark. The blue guy is $60 and can be ordered from the website, and the pink one will debut at the Munky King booth at SDCC. The Skull Krew says there’s only 20 of each made, but then ambiguously mentions that there are sets of both available that you can order for $110. If there’s really only 40 out there in two colorways, talk about an extremely limited supply! I really dig the look of this guy with a very classic creature feel. I can’t wait to see what it actually looks in person and I hope LASK expands this line.

No chance to buy the kaiju?  Check out the LASK shirts they’re also releasing.  Quantities went fast last time, so we can expect the same this time around.  $20 gets you the shirt with the great design on the back and on the front breast.
