Tomorrow, October 25th, if you head on over to Detroit’s Lift Gallery for the Mad*L Citizens show, you’ll see Patrick Francisco’s crazy-angry monkey. I’ve never seen so many chimps in one blog before, and the eyes – they’ve seen something horrible, and they’re spitting it right back at you.
As it stands, the demand for Left’s custom Mad*L’s is so high that they’ve implemented a wristband system for the first ten people on line before 6 PM, followed by the general public at 7 PM, and if there’s anything left from the frenzy of impassioned vinyl-devourers, web sales open up at 7:30. So, designer toy fans, be vigilant, or be in Detroit.
