Following yesterday’s Yeti release party at ROBOTlove, Erin and Dave of Curster are releasing all of the official details:
- Yeti is a freestanding plush with articulated arms and is 9.5” (24cm) in height.
- They are made from ultra soft faux fur with four face options (The Smirker, The Whistler, The Happy and The Worrier) available.
- Each Yeti retails for $25.00.
- This will be Curster’s first manufactured toy and will be limited to 375 pieces per face.
- Production was handled by Erick Scarecrow’s ESC-Toy Ltd. who worked closely with Curster on the Yeti.
WHERE CAN YOU GET ONE? DKE is handling wholesale inquiries, so Dov should have these in stores soon. In the meantime, you can contact ROBOTlove for availability: email (hello [at] robotlove [dot][biz]) or call 1.612.871.9393.
I’m a big fan of Curster, so I didn’t want to place my bias/fandom in this official press release. Instead, you should click over to the Jeremy’s Curster’s Yeti Release post to see some photos I took and listen to me lavish praise upon this impossibly soft plush.
