Local toy scene pals Jure Gavran and Kuso Vinyl head east for NYCC 09 where Kuso will throw a raffle of Jure’s Criminal Billy figure. Following the success of Immigrant Billy, this will be the first release for the new urban version. There is only one figure available for the free raffle, so lining up early is recommended. The tickets will be handed out from 11:30AM to 2:30PM on Friday, February 7th.  The drawing will commence at 3PM. After the raffle, Jure will be hosting a signing event from 3PM to 4PM, so bring your  Scapegoats ready for signing. This ought to make up for the production delays in Kuso’s earlier announced NYCC exclusives which will not make it to the event in time. If Jure’s Scapegoat needs a Blamee for the delay, the blame goes to a certain well-known predicament known as the Economy.
