Michelle Valigura’s Limited Edition Peter Pan Box

Fri, May 30, 2008

Misc, designers, resin, wood

When I wasn’t busy drooling over the stunning Amanda Visell prints and painting during my recent trip to Disneyland (check out my write up earlier today), I was coveting the super cool Peter Pan 55 Pin Box designed by Michelle Valigura, a cohort of the before mentioned Amanda Visell. This resin, wood and felt box was made as a limited run of 300 and was created in honor of the 55th anniversary of Peter Pan and is only available at Disneyland. The box is called a pin box and was created to house those Disneyland pins that oodles of people collect and trade. I’m not a pin person, but this box is extremely tempting. I’ve always had a thing for Peter Pan and anything Neverneverlandish and it’s by the one and only Michelle Valigura! The piece goes for $65 and you can get yours from the gallery stores in Disneyland or by emailing DL.DelivEARS@disney.go.com.
