Medicom and Rolito’s Patapon Plush

patapon

Out of all of the video game characters that are being made into toys, the little Patapon guy certainly wasn’t high on my list of probabilities – which makes it even neater that Medicom is making a Patapon plush instead of something like one of those Grand Theft Auto harlots. Simple, innovative gameplay finally wins over killing hookers and selling their organs! Or whatever GTA is about.

Designed by Rolito and measuring 200mm (or almost 8 inches, for the non-metric among us), the Patapon will retail for about 44 US dollars – not a cheap price for a huggable little silhouette, and especially something that functions best in large groups. I suggest buying at least 40, just in case any enormous shadow-worms or robots decide to attack you. They’ll pay for themselves.

Now that you mention it, a GTA harlot plush… That would be interesting….
