No surprise, but OriginalFake’s lottery-release of Kaws’ Stormtrooper drew a crowd that went on for blocks and rounded corners. In among the fans, mules and apparently homeless, it’s cool to see a few familiar faces (locals Brian Flynn, Glenn Pogue and Kirkland Jue for starters, see below pic from Skullbrain) flew over for the event. Shit, I have trouble convincing folks to go 10 miles across a bridge to see art/get toys sometimes. Instinct Toys, as usual, brings us impeccable imagery of the figure. Hopefully the proliferation of their images across the Internet will cast a light on their own toy, which has a coolness quotient (IMO) of Kawstrooper caliber: The Inc. Bear.
