Terry Richardson is one of the most sought after fashion and celebrity photographers. He shot Pamela Anderson for Radar recently and his Vincent Gallo Vodka ads seem to be on the back cover of every magazine. There’s a popular picture of Richardson that suggest he may be a Furry, but is he a toy geek? He photographed Kaws in his studio for a feature story by Brendan Fowler in the upcoming issue of ANP Quarterly. Is Kaws feeling boxed in? Can’t be with so many diverse projects happening. P.S. Note the 4-foot black Companion. Next in line for release from Original Fake? ANP Quarterly is a new arts magazine published by RVCA focusing on a broader sense of art and community. Their goal is not to focus on current events or “who’s hot” but rather to bring forward people and phenomena that deserve acknowledgement and coverage regardless of their place in time.
