Kaws X John Mayer Guitar Picks

Remember the bathing suit photo that went immediately viral after John Mayer decided to ham it up Borat style on a cruise ship? Well, that’s what I imagined when I first got word that Mayer and Kaws were doing a collab: I fused a green Kaws bendy with Mayer’s lurid “mankini” to arrive at the above collaborative thong. Unfortunately (or more likely, very very fortunately), the Mayer/Kaws collab has nothing to do with beach gear (unlike Kaws latest forays into towels). It is, instead, a set of guitar picks. Per Mayer’s blog: “TalentedxNice=Badass.” I don’t think these picks are going to be for sale, so you might have to infiltrate a John Mayer gig to catch one in the crowd. The things we do for art.
