No I’m not playing a cruel joke on JLED collectors by turning the saturation down on a Candy Smash; this is in fact a legitimate Toy2R x Joe Ledbetter MONO SMASH. Joe’s fans don’t need convincing that his pieces, with their thick borders and shadows, look terrific in monochrome. Smash is no exception. And for those who are critical of copious colorways, avert your eyes from the following recap list. FYI though: this monochromatic Smash is not an actual colorway, but rather the absence of color(way). The 7-inch figure will make its debut at next month’s Vinyl Toy Network in Pasadena. This is a very limited edition of 150 figures for $150 each. Treat yourself!

Brown was only 600? Could have sworn I heard it was 1500, but who knows… erroneous reports on run numbers happen.
