James Jarvis X Bounty Hunter Collab on King-Kun

A huge two days for James Jarvis and Bounty Hunter fans, all of whom have been speculating about a potential collab for months. Was it going to be JJ X BH or JJ X Kaws? And then there was also that issue of the Michael Lau S.F.J.J. figure. But yesterday, James dropped this message on his blog:

I think the next toy release is going to be the most exciting for quite a while. I’ve noted some speculation as to its precise nature, but I’m afraid I’m going to have to keep a lid on the bounty for a while yet.

While fans on KR debated whether Jarvis would cunningly try to throw us off track, French magazine Guillotine blogged the lid off the Bounty. It’s been ten years since James Jarvis and Bounty Hunter collaborated on the iconic Martin figure for Silas. The upcoming figure is expected to be called King-Kun and features a hybrid of the two artist’s trademark styles: The Skull Kun on one side and King Ken on the other.

The release date has yet to be announced. See the Bounty Hunter website for more info. (My Google translator is making funny semantics out of it like: “It is this toy! James named “KING-KUN?!” “OK!!”
80% of punk’s story said 20 percent of toys were temporary and enjoyable!
