Rocket World is getting ready with San Diego Comic-Con, and they have more previews to share. Shown on the left are the hand-painted prototypes for the I.W.G. prototype series. You saw the unpainted sculpts a while back. Each figure will be about 1.5″ tall and comes with a working parachute. This is a blind box assortment with 11 colorways and 4 chases. They are priced at $6.95 and will be available at Comic-Con.

We also see the unpainted prototype of the Astro Krieg Flying Saucer Attack Craft. It already looks great, and that packaing looks cool. The middle picture shows an I.W.G. mini-figure inside for size reference. It measures 5.25″ wide and 5″ tall with the landing struts extended. Features include retractable landing struts, raygun holster, and mini-human skull trophy carrier. It will fit all the Astro Krieg mini-figure, and it is priced at $49.95.

There will be four colorways: Covert Space Pirate Black, Classic Galactic Silver, Eco-New World Green, Moon Glow in the Dark. All the colorways sound great, and I’m looking forward to seeing the attack craft in silver.

I'm a nerd who loves music, movies, graphic novels, and of course toys. I grew up in Los Angeles, and I currently live in the non-plastic part of Orange County. I'm a sucker for anything that is little and cute: plushies, Dunnys, Smorkin' Labbits, zipper pulls. My collection is dominated by Kozik and Uglydolls, and my latest obsession is IWG/Rocket World.
