Go Get Your Beaver Signed by Jeremy Fish at Good Vibrations

events, vinyl

OK so the title and subject of this post rival the title of this post and the content of this post for keeping my ego as a legitimate journalist in check. That said, props to Jeremy Fish for putting out a truly new platform (adult) toy: The Barry The Beaver vibrator. This unique collaboration between Upper Playground, SuperFishal and Ningyoushi manages to keep things tasteful (”Vibrating Vinyl Friend”) by avoiding what could be an endless array of tacky taglines (”From Fish to Clams!”). The beaver stands (or lays) at 5.25″ and retails for about $45.

If you’re in the Bay Area, stop by Good Vibrations (603 Valencia St. @ 17th St.) on Saturday, May 31st from 3-5PM. They’ll have food, booze, DJs (Magnificent7) and Jeremy Fish on hand to sign. You can even purchase your Beaver (no word yet on whether they will stock collectible designer lubes) at the store. My inside spy, Nicole (who prefers the name “Bury the Beaver”), assures me that they’ll have a small amount of the rare NYCC Black Barry The Beaver. Act fast, supplies are limited. What’s next? Frank Kozik’s Smorkin’ Labbit Butt Plugs?
