Toy2r’s Raymond Choy just dropped this teaser for the 2008 Halloween Qee on the Toy2r forums. Looks like a standard 2.5 ” bear-head Qee, but they’re keeping a lid on the paint job. [Update: Just got a pic of the figure from Qee 4 All. Nothing standard about this bear. I'm digging the cutouts!] Think it’s too early for October 31st? In the words of Ministry, “Everyday is Halloween.” Not to mention, today is Friday the 13th.
The 2008 Halloween Qee is a limited edition of 2000 pieces designed by Iceland-born, New Yorker-now artist, Halli Civelek. Halli Civelek is new to the Toy2r family, but has been featured in Pictoplasma, done illustrations in Hong Kong, received design awards in Iceland and pioneered the concept of shaking your face in front of a camera and uploading it to a website (a picture is worth a thousand words, so just click it to see what I mean).
