Frank Kozik’s Ho Chi Minh Gets The Bronze

Ho Chi Minh is, of course, too dead to compete in this year’s Olympics, but that doesn’t mean he can’t get the bronze. (Honk if you remember The Bronze on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.) The announcement of a third exclusive colorway of Frank Kozik’s Ho Chi Minh bust comes too late to have made it into my previous post on the black and blue versions, but perhaps 3D Retro was saving the best for last. While this isn’t the actual bronze of the forthcoming $5,000 Ludwig Van bust, it’s as close as you’re going to get in bronze-colored vinyl for $200. However, this piece is worth its weight. It’s listed as weighing in at 1.5 pounds which excludes it from the free-shipping offers of all the online retailers. So, same as with the others, its 14″ and sculpted by Dave Pressler in an edition of 50. The bronze version is a 3D Retro exclusive available here.
