As something of a food-toy gourmand, I’m pleased to see that Erick Scarecrow’s recently-released Waffle Micci is getting a variation, and an adorably pink one at that. ESC-Toy is no stranger to dropping the paint variants month after month, so I’m curious to see what’s next. A ‘burnt’ colorway? Frozen? Blueberry?
While I’ve never seen a pink waffle, I also haven’t tried very hard to make one blush. Pink Chocolate Waffle Micci is exclusive to Japan’s Tomenosuke.com, and limited to 20 pieces – all constructed, painted and signed by Mr. Scarecrow. And it looks mighty good on a plate.
If I had my way, there’d be no room left for food in my kitchen with these food toys everywhere. This is why it’s good that I don’t regularly get my way.
