It’s getting’ hot in here. Coming soon to heat your toy shelf up will be the El Diablo by DJ and artist Robbie Busch aka McBoing Boing and Argonaut Resins. Check out the sculpt above done by Eric Nocella over at Argonaut Resins. Robbie Busch, I mean McBoing Boing, works out of New York, New York and this is his, we believe, first original resin piece. He has also lent his talents to a giant El Diablo Dunny custom for Kidrobot and did a Circus Punk and a Bud.  The upcoming pac man eyed creature seems to be harnessing the memory of Hamlet in his “Alas, Poor Yorick” like pose complete with skull in hand.

This piece is following on the heels of the Vladimir figure by Jared Deal that quickly sold out from Argonaut Resins. El Diablo is scheduled as a “winter” release so it will no doubt be hitting the market soon. No word on size, quantity or price yet. But it’s a hot one and will be worth any damage it does to your wallet.
