Kai from eBoy just dropped me a line to let me know the first figure in their eagerly awaited modular figure series, Blockbob Eater, [blogged] will be launching today at Kidrobot and the eBoy shop. Blockbob Eater was designed and manufactured by eBoy. He’s made out of Swiss maple wood, is 8.5 inches tall and limited to 70 pieces. Each unit comes signed. Not sure on the exact pricing, but the previously mentioned prices for the figure were steep at around 120 EUR (~$164 USD, note that our dollar is at least worth more today  than when I last blogged this in June!). Further figures with swappable block parts are in the works.
