Dr. Romanelli’s website makes my eyes hurt, but his latest Be@rbricks make my jaw drop. Medicom Toy Co has done another collaboration (previous Be@rbricks at left) with the Doctor who is fresh off a successful Converse campaign. Dr. Romanelli used a transparent Be@rbrick to show the bear’s anatomy, and he signs it with a band-aid on the forehead. The Dr. Romanelli design is available as a 400% Be@rbrick as well as a set of 100% Be@rbricks accompanied by a third “Butcher Block” Be@rbrick. Pre-orders for Japan begin today (June 24th) with overseas sales expected in October. The Dr. Romanelli Be@rbrick is limited to 800 pieces worldwide. [via ToyBeast]
