Another awesome custom Dunny series to start your week out right. This custom “Dia de los Dunnys” series comes from Cleveland artist, Phoebe Marie, who previously created the Rancid Munnys. Standing approximately 4 inches tall in their boxes, these Dunnys have been customized as faithful recreations of Mexican “Day of The Dead” folk art statues. Each is unique, and the boxes are numbered and signed by Phoebe. Several of the Dunnys (like a G.I.D. guy) are already sold. At the price of $30, the rest won’t last long. In other words, while the High Roller is sold, the Holy Roller is still available here. (If nothing’s left, click here to browse the rest of Shoparooni’s toys). Check out all the Dia de los Dunnys at the Queen of Cleveland’s Flickr here.

Wow, thanks for the write-up! Phoebe is one of our favorite artists, and it’s nice to see her stuff getting noticed!
I passed long the link to her, she’s stoked!

I became the lucky owner of the angel Dunny the same day this article was published (there was actually an online blitz with several folks trying to get it). It’s even more awesome in person than the photo shows! Best bargain of the year at the price. Phoebe Marie was born to create.

Very Cool, Phoebe! Being the only latino within a 30 mile radius of Newark, I really appreciate the dia de los dunnys series. How can I get one?
Keep up the great work and thank you for keeping me in the loop!
