ToyCyte: Toy Culture Collected

Last weekend more than 140,000 people attended the Singapore Toy and Comic Convention ‘08. Unless you happened to be in Singapore, you probably relied on the internet for coverage. Andy from ToysREvil had the most extensive coverage of STCC with plenty of pictures. I’ve always thought Devilrobots made cute products, and I’m really intrigued by the picture on the left.

Dokuronoko was at the Devilrobots booth, and that’s all we know so far. I tried to read the print on the display card, but my eyes aren’t that good. I don’t know anything about this toy. I just know that I want it. Both sizes are adorable, and I like the perplexed-melancholy look of one. To see more pictures of the Devilrobots display, click here and here.
