OsirisOrion is a toy collector, anime fan, and self-taught artist. His artwork is influenced by comics, anime, bio-mechanics, horror, abstract art, and graffiti. His custom Munnys have been seen in group shows at the APW Gallery. Hirotsugu the Red (left) appeared at APW’s NYC Munny Contest. The troll-like Munny has crazy, over-sized ears and feet. Subi the Destroyer (right) is a custom mini-Munny that he is currently working on. You can see the in-progress pictures on our ToyCyte forum. That dragon face will induce more than a few nightmares.

OsirisOrion showed some sneak previews of his 12 x 12 paintings for APW Gallery’s Cubic X Square Foot Show. The show takes place on July 18th and will feature 40 artists. Each artist will show five 12 x 12 canvas paintings. OsirisOrion showed four of his paintings on his blog, and you’ll have to see the final painting at the show. I definitely see a horror-influence in OsirisOrion’s artwork, and I look forward to seeing more of his custom toys. You can see more of his artwork on his Deviant Art page.

I'm a nerd who loves music, movies, graphic novels, and of course toys. I grew up in Los Angeles, and I currently live in the non-plastic part of Orange County. I'm a sucker for anything that is little and cute: plushies, Dunnys, Smorkin' Labbits, zipper pulls. My collection is dominated by Kozik and Uglydolls, and my latest obsession is IWG/Rocket World.
