Someone had themselves a treasure hunt and found a cache of the utterly awesome. Well maybe “found” is too loose a word. According to the toy distributor DKE “After more than a year of waiting, haggling, struggling, and more waiting the rest of the Camille Rose Garcia dolls finally arrived.” These dolls were originally release in 1996. They have not been remade and aren’t some new fangled edition, rather just the remainder of the original run. There are a set of four vinyl figures and each is fourteen inches tall. They were produced by Necessaries Toy Foundation (spearheaded by the legendary art collector Long Gone John, the head honcho of Sympathy of for the Record Industry). The set is of four dolls, Lula, Patch, Cherry Girl and Katie & Sadie. The retail cost is $60 a pop.
