This Friday, October 10th, marks the release of The Great Pocket Globby Pumpkin Tree by Bwana Spoons. This prolific artist of the mightly Portland, Oregon based Grass Hut Corp. will be debuting a new print as well as a small production (ten of them) of customized pocket (read=small) Globbys. Each one of them will come with a tiny original Globby paining based on The Great Pocket Globby Pumpkin Tree. The Globby is a Gargamel x Bwana creation. This green, orange and yellow custom line is perfect for Fall, especially with the pumpkin laden tree. It reminds me of a book I loved when I was a kid called The Halloween Tree by the one and only Ray Bradbury. But the addition of the Globbys takes it to a whole another level of sci-fi-ness. Check out more picks of Bwana’s newest creations here on his Flickr account.
