Delve into the land of Broken Hearts & Stolen Souls. Well, not an actual land, because that doesn’t seem like much of a fun-filled journey and sounds like it would be filled with sulkers and stalkers, and really who wants to deal with that. Rather to make a trek down to the Lower East Side in New York City and spend your Friday the 13th basking in the glory of new works by the artist Brent Nolasco. The show includes an extensive line of his custom vinyls (the man has a way with customing a dunny, labbit and MadL) as well as his paintings, each of which will surely possess oodles of details and hidden treasures. The opening reception will be from 6-9 p.m. and the exhibit itself will be up until July 13th. Brent will of course be there with pen in hand. For more info, go to the MyPlasticHeart site here.
