ToyCyte: Toy Culture Collected

Wow! I’ve been watching the work of master customizer Bil BetsOvic for a while. Recently I got to see his custom All City Train at Derailed and witness Toy2R express interest in him doing a Qee after seeing his custom Cucumouse. But none of that excitement holds a candle to what I just saw on Vinyl Pulse: BetsO is coming out with a production line of stackable mini figures called BetXOs. BIC Plastics, who seem to be behind all the hotly anticipated toys, will act as producer.

The blind-boxed BetXO series includes pairs of 2″ stackable animals with an interchangeable top figure. There are twelve figures in all: six top animals (Mouse, Eagle, Lion, Rabbit, Monkey and Kangaroo) and six base animals (Dog, Elephant, Pig, Hippo, Bear and White Bear).
