ToyCyte: Toy Culture Collected

December brings many things. Christmas, Hanukkah, New Years Eve, and rolled right up there with all that awesomeness is the new Be@rbricks Series 17 by Medicom. There will be ten new figures from an eclectic mix of influences and collaborations, and features a guest appearance of none-other than the ultra famous and endlessly branded Mickey Mouse.
Here is a breakdown of what will be included in Series 17:

• Basic – a yellow honey hued matte bear
• Jellybean – A clear deep honey colored bear
• Patapon by Rolito – A colorful piece with retro artwork
• Russian Flag – White, Blue and Red bold colored
• K-20 – A character from the movie K-20
• SF – Transformer looking graphics (to be honest, I don’t know…do you?)
• ‘Cute’ – As if a five year old attacked it with their crayolas
• Mickey Mouse. Yup, the Disney character is everywhere. You can not stop him.
• Artist – The World of the Golden Egg – yellow and red magic
• Artist – Alexander Girard – A pink and red tribute to the stunning modern art of Girard
