If promoting the dental decay of a bevy of poorly-costumed doorstep urchins isn’t your thing this Halloween, and you live within a reasonable proximity to New York City, head on down to the APW Arts Gallery on 195 Chrystie Street in NYC for their Halloween Custom Toy Show! Not only will yours truly be one of the 40 artists on display, but you can also expect to see works by Rob Ingellis, Bakword, Cidenzo and 36 other as-yet-unannounced Toy Restructurizing Engineers. Demons, goblins, wolfmen and pyroclasmic explosions of hellfire are guaranteed to be on display, and I’d conjecture that there’ll be more than a few terrifying mummies, Draculas, zombies and Palins scattered about the gallery as well.
Can you suitably encapsulate ‘The Economy’ in a custom toy? I mean, one that isn’t made out of soul-destroying, inescapable dark matter?
APW Arts currently has a truly oldschool vinyl show on display in their gallery, featuring a ton of art painted on LPs, so check it out!

Congrats on getting into the show, and congrats on a pretty slick Palin-jab as well.
