Gallery 1988 recently announced plans to release an Angry Woebots t-shirt and matching print set. The limited edition t-shirt and signed 8″ x 10″ giclee print will cost $65. There will only be 150 t-shirt + print sets available for sale. They haven’t released information on when they’ll be available for purchase. Stay tuned for more updates or keep track of the G1988 blog. Jensen from G1988 promises that the shirts have “the soft pajama feeling you want all your tees to have.” Personally that’s a big selling point because I hate heavy-weight shirts that make me sweat. In terms of color, I think grey is a great choice. White gets dingy, and black isn’t a great background for a panda.
Angry Woebots fans should check out The Mash Up coming soon to Munky King: Melrose. Pocket Full of Monsters and Munky King will present a group show on Thursday, June 26th at 7pm. The show reatures the PFOM Crew: Angrywoebots, Peekaboomonster, Mainframe, 2H, Akirophoto, 179, Sua, Phallicmammary, Tagfnark, Mycrytonauts, Phoneticontrol, Bryan Fedderen, Aloha Terrorists and Darvin Vid.
