Andy Warhol Be@rbrick

I really wish Be@rbricks were a little easier to come by in America because more and more I’m seeing great designs. Whereas most people claim the influence of Andy Warhol upon their art, it’s actually my writing that takes a page from Andy. Or 900 pages. After reading his diaries in the early 90s, I’ve been nursing my own constant compulsion to document pop culture. Warhol’s 15 minutes keep going, and now he’ll be immortalized in plastic Be@rbrick form by Medicom Toy Co and Hysteric Glamour. The Andy Warhol Be@rbrick will be available from September 10th-26th at the Hysteric Glamour Concept Store in Isetan Shinjuku. The 50% Be@rbrick will be given to customers who purchase something at the store, and the 400% Be@rbrick will be available for ¥8190  ($75USD). [via Toybeast]
