Andrew Bell’s The Giver

designers, vinyl

Giver heads Andrew Bell of the Creatures in My Head has been fine-tuning the details for his upcoming toy, The Giver. The vinyl needs a few “paint tweaks,” and they will soon be available at Dead Zebra, Inc. He shared a few pictures from the factory including a cheerful pile of Giver heads.

Released by DYZPlastic, The Giver will be available in two colorways: green and red (pictured below). I’m dying to see how it will be packaged. With a lot of designer toys, the package is part of the appeal. Check his blog for more updates.

I'm a nerd who loves music, movies, graphic novels, and of course toys. I grew up in Los Angeles, and I currently live in the non-plastic part of Orange County. I'm a sucker for anything that is little and cute: plushies, Dunnys, Smorkin' Labbits, zipper pulls. My collection is dominated by Kozik and Uglydolls, and my latest obsession is IWG/Rocket World.
