Tipped off on Alex Pardee’s blog, there’s a GREAT interview with him by MadElephant on imeem here. The interview cuts deep into the dark viscera and entrails that make up the mind and body of Alex. Some highlights: The Maxx was a pivotal point in Alex’s development as an artist (and, ostensibly, as a human, too.) He worked in a toy store at the mall for nine years.
