MINDstyle chose Election Day 2008 to announce Ron English’s Abraham Obama 16″ vinyl bust sculpted by Vin Teng. The bust is based on the Ron English’s Abraham Obama poster that is a Pop-inspired bit of street art. The white MINDstyle’s member’s only version is already sold out. The gloss black version will be released later this month at ToyTokyo. A green exclusive will follow with Fresh Manila. Other colors versions based on the street art installation will be made available through select retailers globally because of the tremendous interest in the pop art collectible.
